Sifu Arthur is the pioneer of Chow Gar on YouTube. I remember back when I was in university looking up chow gar videos, and his video was one of the earliest available online.

Not only was he the earliest, but he is also one of the best chow gar practitioners of our generation. Having trained since a young age in the NYC headquarters under legendary sifu Lee Kwun, brother in law of grandmaster Ip Sui he’s mastered what I would call the ‘old school’ method of chow gar that came to NYC in the 60’s. He then moved to Hong Kong to study with sifu Ng Ying Choi, known for his deep iron body skill from hei gong practice.

Sifu Arthur has a heavy bridge, shock power, and is able to teach and express this to students very clearly. He teaches systematically and combines the flow and power of the earlier methods with the systematic strengthening of the later methods in Hong Kong.
